VILNIUS — A family of three was killed in a house fire late Wednesday evening in Valkininkiai, located near Alytus. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.

The members of the family include a 68-year-old father, 57-year-old mother and 31-year-old daughter.

Firefighters extinguished the fire shortly after midnight on Thursday morning. No other buildings were damaged by the blaze.
