JELGAVA, Latvia — Ventspils and Liepājas Metalurgs are aiming for an all-Latvian final, as they prepare for the Triobet Baltic League semifinal return legs.

However, for this to happen they will first have to overcome their worthy opposites; Flora of Estonia and Sūduva of Lithuania respectively.

Sūduva are sitting best to break up the all-Latvian party, having developed a healthy 3 goal advantage over Liepāja following their first-leg match last month. This leaves Liepāja with all the work to do at home on Wednesday evening.

The task for Ventspils is a little easier, just needing to defend their healthy two goal lead when they play away to Flora on Tuesday evening. Flora have done extremely well to make it this far, but few, including the bookmakers see their party continuing past tonight.
