TALLINN — The Toompark killer murderer remains on the loose after five months, however police revealed Wednesday that he could have been caught immediately after the crime if an eyewitness could have called the police.
Harrys Puusepp, a press spokesman of Northern District Police Prefecture, a woman of foreign origin working in Tallinn witnessed the attack in her way to work and rushed to the [private_supervisor]nearby kiosk to report about the incident and call the police. Unfortunately, the vendor did not understand what was told. The police later questioned the woman, but that did not help to catch the attacker.
