TALLINN — The Solaris Center’s Cinamon cinema reopened Thursday after its ceiling, which collapsed Oct. 14 only four days after its grand opening.

Cinamon’s management told the press that the cause of the collapse still have not been determined, but that enough safeguards have been checked that they have no fear another cave-in will occur.
